To permanently delete your iStoria account: please follow the steps below within the app

  • Go to your Profile Page: in the iStoria app
  • Access Settings: (look for the gear icon ⚙️)
  • Select “Personal Info”
  • Choose the “Delete Account” option
  • Select the reason for deleting your account and confirm

Important Notes Before Deletion:

  • Progress Loss: You will lose all your progress, including learned vocabulary, story history, badges, and streaks
  • Reactivation Period: You can reactivate your account within 7 days of deletion. After this period, the deletion becomes permanent
  • Active Subscription: If you have an active paid subscription plan, you cannot delete your account until the current subscription period ends

Get free months by inviting your friends to join iStoria!

Simply share your invite link, and when your friends download the app for the first time on their own device and create a new account, they will count toward your invitations.

  • 1 free month for 10 new accounts: Once 10 new accounts are created, you will receive 1 free month.
  • 1 free month for each friend who starts a trial: For each friend who starts their free trial after registration, you will receive 1 additional free month.

Notes:

  • ✔ You can earn multiple free months based on the number of friends who join, up to the allowed maximum.
  • ✔ Invitations sent before the feature launch or from premium account subscribers do not count.

Refund eligibility depends on your purchase method and timing:

  • Stripe (Direct payment link): Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment via in-app chat or email [email protected]. Requests will be reviewed according to our refund policy, and you will be notified of the outcome. Requests submitted after 48 hours may be declined.
  • Apple App Store & Google Play: Refunds are handled directly by the platform. Submit your request via Apple here or Google here. iStoria is not responsible for the platform’s processing time or refund decisions.

Note: Refund processing times may vary depending on the platform.

The Family Subscription allows up to 5 members (plus the family manager) to use iStoria with separate accounts at a significantly lower cost—saving up to 73% compared to individual plans. Each member has their own account, can track their progress, and learn at their own level. The subscription can be easily managed from the app settings.

The Placement Test in iStoria helps you start at the most suitable English level for your abilities. It assesses your skills in reading, vocabulary, and grammar.

We recommend taking it to save time and ensure you learn content that effectively and specifically matches your true proficiency level.

How to take the test: You can take the test from within the app by going to: My Profile > Settings > Change your Level.

Important Note: Taking the test will result in the loss of your current progress in stories, vocabulary count, streak, and badges. Once your new level is set, you will not be able to revert to previous levels.

The learning mechanism on iStoria is based on graded learning paths. This means you will be able to read your story while other unread stories are locked until you finish your current story. Also, stories will be locked after the subscription expires or when the subscription fee is refunded.

Storia is devised to develop your language skills by reading and listening to interesting stories. Also, you will be able to correct your pronunciation with the pronunciation assistant soon.

The sentence translation feature is available for beginners from level 1 to level 4. After that level, you will gradually be able to understand the sentences by yourself, and you will notice the difference in your language. This is the goal of joining iStoria to improve your English language.

  1. Enter the name and age.

  2. Enter the email.

  3. Enter the password.

 

  • Then choose why you want to learn English.

  • Take a placement test to start from your level. You can skip the test.

  • Choose the time you want to learn. You can skip the question.

  • Choose the assistant’s voice, either a human voice or a robot voice, in both dialects; American and British.

  • The subscription page will appear. You can start your free trial and then subscribe to the package you want.

However, if you wish to cancel, the cancellation process depends on your payment method:

  • If you subscribed through an external payment link:
    You can cancel your subscription directly on the platform you used for payment by clicking “Cancel Subscription” and ensuring the cancellation is completed.

  • If you subscribed through Google Play Store or App Store:
    Cancellation must be done through the subscription settings in the respective store—not within the iStoria app. You can use the following links to go directly to the subscription management pages:

Canceling your subscription stops the automatic renewal, but your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

You can subscribe to iStoria through two main channels:

  • 1. Via the External Payment Link:
    1. Open the dedicated iStoria payment link.
    2. Choose the subscription plan that suits your needs.
    3. Select your payment method: Credit Card (Visa/Mastercard), or other available services (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay).
    4. Complete the required details and confirm the subscription.
  • 2. Via the App Stores (In-App Purchase):
    1. Open the iStoria app and navigate to the Subscriptions page.
    2. Follow the in-app purchase steps, which will use the payment methods linked to your App Store or Google Play Store account (such as bank cards or gift/top-up cards).

You can enjoy a 7-day free trial of the iStoria app easily by following these steps:

  1. Open the Subscriptions page in the app – Click here to go directly.
  2. Choose the plan that best fits your needs.
  3. Tap on “Start 7-day free trial.”

Note: The free trial can be used only once per user. After the trial period ends, the subscription will automatically renew into a paid plan to ensure uninterrupted access to the app’s features.
